


What is Reiki?
Reiki is an Japanese healing technique that uses the universal life force energy for healing through connection of breath and intention. Reiki is both a hands on and hands off practice that has been proven to lower stress levels and blood pressure. After a session, clients have reported their physical pain levels going from an 8-9 to a 1-3, or going away completely. Clients have also reported gained mental clarity days following a Reiki session. Each session will be different, and is felt differently by each client.


Wellness Blog
I have been practicing Reiki since December of 2022, and my studies into the realm of health are just beginning. This blog is a place I share the wisdom I am learning. Topics will range from Reiki, Ayurveda, the Chakras, Nutrition, and more. I hope you enjoy embarking on this journey with me.

Yoga
Many of us recognize Yoga through the asanas, otherwise known as physical postures. While this is an important path of yoga, it is just touching the tip of the iceberg. Yoga is an ancient practice of connecting with the self through connection to breath (pranayama), physical postures (asana), and more.

I received my Yoga Teacher Training in May of this year and I am so grateful to offer private yoga sessions as well as public yoga sessions once a month for free at the Berthoud Community Library.
