Marma Point Therapy

Marma Point Therapy is a gentle, deeply restorative Ayurvedic practice that works with the body’s vital energy centers to support healing and balance. Rooted in the ancient healing system of Ayurveda, which originated in India over 5,000 years ago.

Marma therapy is often compared to acupuncture or acupressure, but instead of needles, it uses precise, nurturing touch. It also shares similarities with energy work such as Reiki, in that it works with the subtle body as well as the physical body.

Sessions are deeply relaxing and non-invasive. Many people experience a sense of grounding, clarity, emotional release, or renewed vitality afterward. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, energetic balance, or support for overall well-being, Marma Point Therapy offers a profound yet gentle path back to equilibrium.

Reiki

Reiki is an Japanese healing technique that utilizes the universal life force energy for healing through connection of breath and intention. Reiki is both a hands on and hands off practice that has been proven to lower stress levels and blood pressure. After a session, clients have reported their physical pain levels going from an 8-9 to a 1-3, or going away completely. Clients have also reported gained mental clarity days following a Reiki session. Each session will be different, and is felt differently by each client.

Yoga

Many of us recognize Yoga through the asanas, otherwise known as physical postures. While this is an important path of yoga, it is just touching the tip of the iceberg. Yoga is an ancient practice of connecting with our mind-body-spirit.

 

There are many paths within yoga. In Ashtanga Yoga, there are eight limbs:

  1. Yamas (Moral Restraints)

  2. Niyamas (Spiritual Observances)

  3. Asana (Physical Postures)

  4. Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)

  5. Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal)

  6. Dharana (Concentration)

  7. Dhyana (Meditation)

  8. Samadhi (Bliss, Enlightenment)​

I offer group Yoga classes at Chuze Fitness, Loveland as well as private Yoga classes in my personal studio.
