Tea
A variety of Organic India teas are provided. Options include Original Tulsi, Tulsi Sweet Rose, Tulsi Turmeric Rooibos, and more. Organic India works with thousands of small family farmers in India to cultivate tens of thousands of acres of sustainable organic farmland.

Background Music
You have the option of having background music play during your session, or no music at all. I have found that background music can help with relaxation and help cover the noise of the outside world (ie; sirens, construction, traffic, etc).
Once you schedule your appointment I will send you suggested playlists. You may also send me an instrumental Spotify playlist prior to your session if you have one you enjoy.
If you prefer no music, that is wonderful too.
Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls
I love to offer Sound Healing at the beginning and end of each Reiki Session. Sound Healing is not technically “Reiki”. It is its own healing modality. Sound healing is done in many different ways. For Reiki Sessions, I usually start and end a session in the same way, by playing the rose quartz crystal bowl I have for a few minutes and use chimes as the bowl finishes ringing.
Comfort Items
Comfort items provided to choose from include a stress ball or calm sticker, head & leg pillows, lavender & eucalyptus scents, fuzzy blankets, and a weighted blanket.
Oracle Cards
At the beginning of your session, you will have the choice to draw an oracle card. This can be a fun way of setting intention for your session and having something to bring your mind's attention back to as it wanders.
